Activities
If you start working in this position, you will work at Shell Pernis, a major employer in the petrochemical industry. Where you will cleanpersonal safety equipment. Do you see a hole or a leak? Then you write this down and you fix it immediately. This way you ensure that the protective equipment can be used safely again on the next job and that your colleagues can work safely and protected.
Working hours
Within this position you will works full-time. We are looking for candidates who are also available to work irregular hours, including weekends. The project will start around August '24.

What does QPS Works have to offer you?
A starting salary of € 14.75 gross per hour. We pay you your salary every week.
The surcharges are as follows: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM: 110%, 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM: 120%, on Saturdays: 135% and on Sundays: 150%. Overtime (after 9 hours per day): 135% The salary can therefore increase considerably. Do you work on public holidays? Then your hours will be paid with a surcharge of 200%.
- We pay you your salary every week or every 4 weeks, the choice is yours.
- Do you make yourself irreplaceable to this customer? Then there are many future opportunities for you! Our client is happy to invest in your talent. Taking courses and training, continuing to grow; everything is possible!
What are you bringing?
- You have a VCA certificate or you are willing to obtain one quickly, with our help.
- You are available full-time and you are open to both day and evening shifts.
- You have a great sense of responsibility.
- You have an eye for detail, even a small leak or hole catches your eye.
- Bending, lifting or carrying? No problem for you!
- You have a good command of the Dutch or English language (both speaking and understanding, reading and writing).
- You can get to Pernis yourself (with your own transport, because this location cannot be reached by public transport).
Do you have a driver's license but no car? Then you may be able to take advantage of our car scheme, we are happy to tell you more about the conditions.
